The Freedom and the Damage Done.

Nick B. Steves and his staff at Social Matter had this to say about last week. He’s right. Anyone who thinks that hormones do not affect moods have not lived around others: from the weightlifter faking supplements to the changes that come with injectable hormones, these manipulations come at a cost.

But we can ignore how are bodies are made. Yeah, Right.

Over at Dark Brightness, Chris Gale reviews the correlation between suicide and hormonal contraception—and we’re hearing about this NOW??!! It makes perfect back of the envelope sense tho’ ? female hormone levels are almost entirely the result of million years of primate/hominid selection: Play with them, for the sake of “our modern lifestyle”, at your own risk.

And the reassurances that we had from politicians in Australia that those who had religious and ethical issues about gay marriage are being ignored. Not happening. There are no qualifications on this freedom: though this will be collectively applied.

It is deeply disappointing that both the Prime Minister and the Opposition Leader reneged on the assurances they gave to the Australian people during the marriage campaign,” Coalition for Marriage spokesman, Lyle Shelton said.

“The Australian people were promised that their freedom of speech, freedom of religion and parental rights would be protected in any same-sex marriage legislation, and this has not happened.

“It’s classic bait-and-switch. Australians were told that they could vote ‘yes’ and have their freedoms protected, but were given the Dean Smith bill instead.

“As a result of the parliament failing to uphold the rights and freedoms of ordinary Australians, we expect to see similar consequences for free speech, freedom of religion and parental rights as what we have seen overseas.

“We know that the appetite for punishing those who disagree with the new definition of marriage exists in Australia. We saw it before the campaign began with Archbishop Julian Porteous being dragged before an anti-discrimination tribunal for preaching to his flock. We saw it during the campaign with a young worker being fired for adding a Coalition for Marriage filter to her Facebook page. And we have seen it after the campaign ended with the obstinate refusal of politicians – even those in electorates with high ‘no’ votes – to do anything to protect freedoms.

“We are grateful to those MPs who stood by the Australian people and stood up for freedom in trying to pass some amendments through the House. Unfortunately, they were too few today.

But this is already having consequences. Same day, there is a tragedy. For even sex workers can choose whom they fornicate with. Otherwise it is rape, except when the very same group decide that a porn star must be virtue signaled.

I should add that going into the porn career is a bad move for one’s soul and health. Their life expectancy is akin to rock stars. Low. This woman was 23 when she ended her life.

Ms Ames, originally from Canada, was earlier this week branded a “homophobe” after revealing she had pulled out of an adult film after finding out her co-star was a “crossover”.
“Whichever (lady) performer is replacing me tomorrow for @EroticaXNews, you’re shooting with a guy who has shot gay porn, just to let cha know,” she wrote. “BS is all I can say. Do agents really not care about who they’re representing? I do my homework for my body.”
After being accused of “discriminating” against the gay community, she added: “Sorry, it was just my opinion. My body, my rules. Honestly I’m sorry if I offended anyone.”

The tweet drew the ire of many of her colleagues, with both male and female actors weighing in. “It’s extremely unfair to be black listed because a ridiculous naive stigmatism created by unethical homophobes,” Eli Hunter tweeted.
“I have been doing films for over 8 years and have never contracted anything because my health and safety comes first. So yes, offence taken.”

When porn stars virtue signal and one of their own dies, the gay flag is no longer a sign of liberty. It is one of oppression. This will end badly, and cause damage to many. Perhaps as many as the oral contraceptives have.
