What rude beast is this? [Rev 18]

Sometimes these write themselves. Today the elite as called all those who believe in righteous and justice and a freedom to worship God in peace deplorable.

And I’ll link back to the site she accuses of stirring this up. For I think Mr and Mrs Beale rock. I don’t agree with everything they say, particularly theologically, but they are both intelligent and seek to follow Christ.

And the left hates them. A high recommendation.

“You could put half of Trump’s supporters into what I call the ‘basket of deplorables. Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it. And unfortunately there are people like that. And he has lifted them up. He has given voice to their websites that used to only have 11,000 people, now have 11 million. He tweets and retweets their offensive, hateful, mean-spirited rhetoric. Now some of those folks, they are irredeemable, but thankfully, they are not America.”
– Hillary Clinton, September 9, 2016

“Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic”? Boring. Been called all those.
Will continue to be called those. Because I try to, daily, apply the scripture. Which says that there is no way but Christ.

So I say to my friends of Christ on the Left: come out of Babylon. And my friends on the Right: flee it. For Babylon will fall. I am not sure if the USA is the final Babylon, but with mass immigration, compulsory immorality (try not baking that cake for a rainbow ritual) and a wealthy, detached and corrupt elite it looks like it.

After this I saw another angel coming down from heaven, having great authority, and the earth was made bright with his glory. And he called out with a mighty voice,

“Fallen, fallen is Babylon the great! She has become a dwelling place for demons,
a haunt for every unclean spirit, a haunt for every unclean bird, a haunt for every unclean and detestable beast.
For all nations have drunk(1) the wine of the passion of her sexual immorality,
and the kings of the earth have committed immorality with her, and the merchants of the earth have grown rich from the power of her luxurious living.”

Then I heard another voice from heaven saying,

“Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins, lest you share in her plagues;
for her sins are heaped high as heaven, and God has remembered her iniquities.
Pay her back as she herself has paid back others, and repay her double for her deeds; mix a double portion for her in the cup she mixed.
As she glorified herself and lived in luxury, so give her a like measure of torment and mourning,
since in her heart she says, ‘I sit as a queen, I am no widow,
and mourning I shall never see.’
For this reason her plagues will come in a single day,
death and mourning and famine,
and she will be burned up with fire;
for mighty is the Lord God who has judged her.”

Yes, I know this is political.

Yes, I am not American. But the stink of this can be smelled across the Pacific. This is the end game of the progressive: calling us names and chaining us to the chairs of the Titanic as they drive in into the ice flow.

And we need to flee this. We will be driven out by these. And we then need to let them alone.

If they seek our food and comfort, it is on our terms. Which are simple: that we preach Christ crucified, and are let alone to regulate our lives within our congregations.

I cannot predict the future, and pattern recognition is not a wise thing when it comes to such. You can fall into errors, But when society is this corrupt, leave it alone.

UPDATE.

The backdown has started.

Hillary Clinton expressed “regret” Saturday for saying half of Republican presidential rival Donald Trump’s supporters could be put into a “basket of deplorables.”

Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee, said in her apology that she was “grossly generalistic” in criticizing Trump supporters, using that same phrase Friday night when attacking them at a New York fundraiser.

“That’s never a good idea,” she also said Saturday.

“Racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, Islamaphobic, you name it,” Clinton said Friday. “There are people like that, and (Trump) has lifted them up.”

Clinton, in her apology, also said: “I regret saying ‘half’ — that was wrong. But let’s be clear, what’s really ‘deplorable’ is that Donald Trump hired a major advocate for the so-called ‘alt-right’ movement to run his campaign and that David Duke and other white supremacists see him as a champion of their values.”

But it is not repentance. Babylon is frightened, but will not turn.

  1. I’m worried, this is the kind of talk that gets you guillotines and gas chambers. But, fortunately, it seems to stay on the ‘net. IRL people are far saner.
