There is a new site up in the pukeko domain — Darkness Talks. It’s a wordpress & impress mashup, primarily for putting slides up.

At present the talks are limited to 20 slides, and I have to show videos as external links. Each presentation has to be on a separate page. As I give something like 20 different talks a year, this may not suit all situations, and I will continue to look for better ways to present things.

Today’s talk is up… which will remain so, as the paper I talked about on Journal club is from PLOS, which is open access.

But this is on the “cloud” (well a host server_ and all I need is firefox or chromium on the server at the other end. Which makes presenting a lot, lot simpler.
