I switched off the spam filters a few weeks ago and had a pile of trackback spam. Since I use Disqus for comments, I have re-enabled Akismet via Disqus.

Julian O’Dea has managed to use facebook to log in here, and I have used Twitter, to if you have those logins they will work.

Otherwise, the usual rules: comments close 21 days after something is posted and keep to the topic. Trolls are used for fisking if amusing. If not, I will ban your IP address and email.

UPDATE: Installing Akismet broke Disqus. I have reverted to Jetpack comments: if your comment has disappeared in the process of doing this I do give my apologies.
