Last night we watched “The big short”, a movie of the book. In part because Robyn needs an education. Son one told me that I had spotted this beforehand and should have put some money onto it and done the trade. At the time, I id not have the money, and I’m very conservative financially. A banker I am not.

But I am seeing the same things happening now. I see peak leftism, with a virtue spiral at the point of implosion, and an overheated property market that is even affecting Dunedin. There are reasons: we still have real interest rates but they are at historic lows.

And no one considers what would happen if your mortgage is at 15%. I have seen that. My last mortgage was half that. Most people would not be able to service the debt at that interest rate.

The censors kicked it into high gear about a month ago. It seems that Twitter is willing to self immolate in order to keep from being a vehicle for non PC speech. Its stock is down 20% today after a rash of account suspensions.

None of this is the result of individuals. It’s institutional and is indicative of a very serious problem.

At this time, the lectionary is taking me through the minor prophets. WHo preached against a corrupt elite priesthood and crown: both throne and altar had converged with the pagan practices of the Peoples around Israel.

And this elite thought that they would never, ever fail. Regardless of what they did.

One of the reasons that there is an Alt Right is that this elite has decide to elect another people. They have encouraged the native people of Europe to have small families, and then regulate how their children will live. But they give the Islamists a pass, even saying that statutory Rape is a human right. To oppose this is to be Lslamophobic, and bad thing,

The fact that the pedophile prophet killed Jews whenever he could is not spoken, merely acted upon. Israel must die, and the Jews with it. Because narrative, and the white Christians with the Jews, for they may support them.

The NYT splashed it all over its front page, although furiously spinning it by focusing on an unrepresentative Swiss coed to keep readers from understanding that this was part of a larger trend, the Diverse battling pro-Israel Jews, that has started on college campuses and will inevitably spread to the real world.

American white gentiles are probably the most pro-Semitic people in the world, so of course a policy of importing massive numbers of the Diverse increases anti-Semitism in America. The arithmetic isn’t all that complicated, but whether enough American Jews will eventually figure out that, in the view of the Diverse, they are in the same basket of deplorables with their white gentile American neighbors is a major question for our time.

I don’t call this a phobia. I call it injustice, and genocidal hatred.

Butr this elite considers almost all that of Christ to be badthink. This is projection, as Sister Stickwick points out.

I’d rather stand by an atheist like him than the Churchians who sell out their neighbors for worldly approbation in the name of a counterfeit Gospel.

I find the amount of contempt phony Christians elicit from atheists to be very interesting. Nobody cares much if Jews, Muslims, or Hindus do things that are contradictory to what their religions teach, but boy do they get incensed when Christians fail to live up to Christian values, even though atheists claim to reject the basis for them. To me, this strongly points to the universal truth of Christianity, written on the hearts of men.

We are facing either a turning away from this failed secularist project or the destruction of the nations who have embraced it. For it is bankrupt. It is effete, craven and self righteous in the displays of virtue. It censors, it hates, and it will die.

I pray that we all will repent of our sins and turn again to christ. This of us of the faith have to do this daily, hourly, for we, know fill well we are not perfect: we have a yardstick of perfection,a nd that is Christ.

And the elite hated and killed him. If we are like him, they will also hate us they do not want us to sit under our olive tree and drink our wine.

But that is a better fate than joining this converged,corrupt, death loving elite.
