Do not follow the Pagan, Muslim [Eph 4]

The Muslims are pagan. For you can tell them by the consequences of their belief. Their prophet stole, raped, enslaved and murdered, and they consider his acts righteous. They pray to a delusion.

And their minds are blinded in their piety, as surely as the Buddhist or Hindu.

Or the modern leftist. One has to give such some credit: they limit their lives and regulate their diet and practice their religion with fervour. But it is false, and they promote corruption and evil.

It is for those reasons, not equality and justice that the narrative approves of them, the elite protect them. For they make entropy increase, and Cthulhu grow strong.

Ephesians 4:17-32

17Now this I affirm and insist on in the Lord: you must no longer live as the Gentiles live, in the futility of their minds. 18They are darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God because of their ignorance and hardness of heart. 19They have lost all sensitivity and have abandoned themselves to licentiousness, greedy to practice every kind of impurity. 20That is not the way you learned Christ! 21For surely you have heard about him and were taught in him, as truth is in Jesus. 22You were taught to put away your former way of life, your old self, corrupt and deluded by its lusts, 23and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24and to clothe yourselves with the new self, created according to the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.

25So then, putting away falsehood, let all of us speak the truth to our neighbors, for we are members of one another. 26Be angry but do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, 27and do not make room for the devil. 28Thieves must give up stealing; rather let them labor and work honestly with their own hands, so as to have something to share with the needy. 29Let no evil talk come out of your mouths, but only what is useful for building up, as there is need, so that your words may give grace to those who hear. 30And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with which you were marked with a seal for the day of redemption. 31Put away from you all bitterness and wrath and anger and wrangling and slander, together with all malice, 32and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ has forgiven you.

The pagans will always double down. If they cannot control, they will try to destroy. If they cannot destroy, they will start a moral crusade. On the feed this morning are all sorts of rumours: but you get more news from Gab and Drudge than you do from Facebook, Twitter or the daily fishwrap.

We are again bowing down to idols and calling it mindfulness. One of my colleagues went down that path: and has just been ordained as a Buddhist Monk: I will be interest to see how this affects his academic career.

The intrinsic problem that the Left faces is that in its constant attempts to destroy every Right-wing figure who surfaces, those who survive become impervious to their methods and become examples to others. Observers then learn what approaches work, such as the open antifragility pioneered by the likes of MILO and Stefan Molyneux, and which ones don’t, such as the aggressive anonymity that is easily neutered by a simple doxxing.

The Left can’t win on an equal playing field, so they have fought dirty for nearly a century. That was effective so long as the Right was the establishment and sensitive to accusations of fairness and violating its own standards. But now the Alt-Right is rising, and has demonstrated that it is capable of winning on an equal playing field or tilting the field, as needed. This is why their attempts to discredit, disqualify, and destroy will be more furious than ever, and why antifragility and reliable allies rather than anonymity are necessary for every Alt-Right and Alt-Lite figure, however minor.

We are not to be such. Yes, we need to become disconnected from the narrative so we can survive as long as possible and witness as long as possible. Yes, we need to be aware of the trends in the net and society. We need to have rhetorical skill. Our memes need have emotional impact.

We need to be competent.

But we work honestly, live rightly, and that very act will drive the pagans into a rage. These times are fallen. If you are not opposed, you are not doing it well.

The advantage we now have is that we know we are not alone. We have allies. Back them. We can have fun arguing theology and speculating with Duns Scotus, Martin Luther, John Wesley and Jean Calvin later: by then we will have been corrected and know truly the face and name of Christ the son and God the Father.

If any Muslim strays here I say this: flee your religion. Your fervour is being used. Find Christ, and in him true peace.

And may it be so for my pagan friends as well.
