I am not going to speculate much on times and seasons. I want to talk instead about the fate of the church that converges. It becomes an anti church, with the form and rituals, and no power. A sign of this is that the righteous men flee, and the congregation is made up of predators, the effeminate and the effete.
Who mutter about how the spirit is taking them in another direction, and this is good. Without the sound of children, or a place for testosterone.
Yeah, and women should train women to be Godly when they themselves are godly. It is not a matter of being on the stage. It is not about leading.
If you go to my congregation on a term Sunday you will find PhDs in theology sitting in the pews listening to Barry who scraped through his B. Min and whom no one would encourage to a B. Theol. He is a good pastor, a good Photog, and a good husband and man. He does not have the academic curse. We do. And we don’t want to preach: we can, but we know the cost of it.
And Barry has that commission. We fall in behind. But this will not work for the girls. Paul banned women from preaching because he knew their nature, and their wish to get merit badges needs limits.
An old friend of mine has a sister who decided to go back to college and get a degree in “ministry.” This was on her hard-working husband’s dime, obviously. She has four young-children at home, including one she adopted from Africa and uses as a virtue signal all over social media.
Anyway, she “preached a sermon” at an area church last Sunday. Of course, she plastered it all over the various relevant social media apps so she can emotionally masturbate in the “Christian” feminist echo chamber. My wife showed me the title of the sermon:
“Exploring the justice of the Holy Spirit, which often shows up as a holy disruption and upsets the status quo of an unjust empire.”
The thrilling frontier of female preaching.
Why is this important? Because the woman who is on the beast, doomed to destruction, drunk on the blood of the righteous, does not consider she needs a man. She thinks she will be prosperous, no disaster will come upon her, and that she is all so very spiritual.
She is like Jerusalem, who considered it will never again be torn brick from Brick.
Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and said to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who is seated on many waters, with whom the kings of the earth have committed sexual immorality, and with the wine of whose sexual immorality the dwellers on earth have become drunk.” And he carried me away in the Spirit into a wilderness, and I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast that was full of blasphemous names, and it had seven heads and ten horns. The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and jewels and pearls, holding in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the impurities of her sexual immorality. And on her forehead was written a name of mystery: “Babylon the great, mother of prostitutes and of earth’s abominations.” And I saw the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints, the blood of the martyrs of Jesus.

The cure for this is not to follow the advice of our enemies, to let in all people because they are poor, and neglect our own families to demonstrate for the state to regulate us or allow maor in: it is not to allow the imam to pray in church or diversity, or ban those with white privilege from preaching.
Or considering all theologians with a penis white, or suspect. The liberal schools of theology, with their post modern approach, would not know a fact if it made their brain go splat. They would consider gravity sexist.
These foolishness state occurs when you live in a bubble. These Bubbles are bursting.
For the converged church is demonic. It, like Islam is an inversion of the gospel: the kingdom is of this world and all can be forgiven, yes even degeneration, if it brings in the convergence, for then we will be at peace.
This is a lie. Here Pakistan is the warning: it is almost completely Islamic — and it is not safe to go shopping because one group of fanatics are killing another group of fanatics because they did something someone considered haram, unclean.
The virtue spiral will make you drunk as you snuff out the lives of those who you despise. WHen that group includes those of Christ you are the ones in error.
Leave such a church. Do not be them. DO not be lie them. Women, this is a delusion. You have a much higher calling: the next generation does not raise itself.
