My box put a 50 minute time cap on Murph, but ran it anyway. It is a work day in NZ.
I did double cindy — 10 pullups, 20 pushups and 30 air squats. And I did not finish the 10 rounds you need to have to get onto the second mile run: I got six rounds plus 10 pullups and 15 pushups. The best people in the gym did the workout in around 38 minutes. But the fitbit caught the pain.
And because I did not complete (even scaled, and I scaled it WAY back) No time for the Murph Challenge this year.
I am holding onto my sanity with fingernails, I want to do Murph for pride, but I don’t want to be in pain for the rest of the week… and even a half Murph, scaled, would be ugly.
