Good start. Now sack them.

The only thing you can do with entryists is deny them power. Stopping their policies is a good move, but it needs to be followed with discipline.

Say goodbye to “xe,” “xem” and “xyr.”References to gender-neutral pronouns will be removed from the University of Tennessee’s Office for Diversity and Inclusion website, UT President Joe DiPietro said Friday in a message to university trustees.“The social issues and practices raised by the Office for Diversity and Inclusion are appropriate ones for discussion on a university campus. However, it was not appropriate to do so in a manner that suggests it is the expectation that all on campus embrace these practices,” he wrote.DiPietro said he and Chancellor Jimmy Cheek made the change together. On Friday, DiPietro met with members of the Knoxville legislative delegation at their request. Lawmakers, who have been critical of the suggestion made in an online newsletter to use gender-neutral pronouns, said Friday they are glad the university responded but are still taking a wait-and-see approach.

I do not know how US law works, but in New Zealand, this would lead to a first written warning that your need to change — with re-mediation (the idea of such people tending straight sensitivity training would be suitable, given what they inflict on the majority) or you will have a second warning, then termination of employment.

Better still, abolish the office of diversity and gay space. Make the jobs disappear: the number of students is decreasing as the population implodes, and the budget will need cuts.

So start with the administrators of the irrelevant.
