The UK people need to complain every time that a right wing person is abused until the courts are swamped. This is a stupid law, a stupid set of lawyers, and an example of the law being an ass.

And why Spawny and Mundabor, together with the other UK bloggers and twitter commentators, should remain anonymous.

I am going to link this over at my usual haunt. Spawny is from the UK and this story hit him hard today. The problem is the crime is all in the mind of the purported victim. That makes it subjective, not objective.
