Two problems here. The first is theological. There may only be soft leaders who preach the gospel. This is an issue our RC friends have, where they have very little input into what the priest says or who he is.

The second is practical. There is no church that is perfect. There may be nothing but local churches full of women.

The answer is that case is to lead from below. Set up a men’s group — see if a group of you can set up an affiliated congregation. IThe congregation I belong to started this way) Study the scriptures. Get some momentum… and live according to this. There is nothing as scary to corrupt leadership as a godly man, or as attractive those seeking God.

You should leave it immediately of course. Better to go it alone then deal with a false church out to destroy a man’s soul.
I thought of this Bible quote and can easily see it applying to present age of no fault divorce and marriage plunder.

His disciples say unto him: If the case of a man with his wife be so, it is not expedient to marry.
