Why we should ignore the OECD

May 14, 2010 in Daybook by pukeko

The OECD assumes a certain level of socailism, and is a closed club. Low tax countries need not apply, even if they are quite properous.

The Cactus has had enough. As she has forgotten more about banking law that I ever bothered to learn….

The hypocrisy of the OECD is the US and Euro are in the crapper, Greece is greasy, it is easier for a terrorist to open a bank account in downtown New York than it is for someone with a clean due diligence record to open a bank account in a non-OECD country. Customer due diligence for financial services required in non-OECD countries is measurably higher than in OECD countries even when the client is from an OECD country.

“The OECD for a stronger, cleaner, fairer world economy”?

The worst thing about the OECD is it is headquartered in France. This should cast natural suspicion over the motives and objectives of the organisation.

As many a person has said — ally with anybody but the French, for they will crap all over you and then accuse you of not cleaning up the mess they have made.
